Ingredients For Medifast Pancake Recipe

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cups whole milk

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until they’re blended. Slowly add the vegetable oil and continue to mix well.

  • Place the batter in a large greased skillet and use the spatula to mix evenly. Reduce the heat to medium-low, and cook for about 2 minutes on each side. Place a plate on top of the skillet and then cover it with a damp towel.
  • Cook the second pancake for about 7–8 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned. Immediately spread the Pancake batter on the plate.
  • Repeat the pancake instructions as many times as is necessary to evenly cook each pancake. 
  • NOTE (You can add salt and sugar at the end of cooking if you like, but I don’t recommend doing this as it increases the cooking time and adds more calories.
